Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@1touch.co. Please note that returns must be requested before sending any items back.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or used products.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item, and once your return is accepted, place a new order using your store credit.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must still be returned in their original condition — unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging — along with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether it has been approved.
If approved, you will be issued store credit only, which can be used on future purchases. Store credit will be provided via a digital code or account credit.
We do not offer refunds to your original payment method.
